Why these are one project
- Filed as 2 separate K-RERA registrations.
- The same project name and promoter, less than 500 metres apart.
In each phase’s own report
- Valuation: What is it worth?
- Title & ownership: Who owns it, and is the title clean?
The price paid, the title and the valuation are read from one phase’s filings at a time, so each phase has its own full report and its own unlock.
Everything here is as filed by the promoter with Karnataka RERA, one registration at a time, and can be stale or wrong at source. A total appears only when every phase reports the figure. Open Pride Palatia on the map
